This form will take the output of a "show ip access-list ##" command from Cisco IOS 12.0+, and
re-order the permit and deny statements based on hits. The order of deny and permit statements
relative to each other is not changed, only the order within a given block of continuous permit or deny
statements.
Currently, this is only is functional for extended access lists.
